Field Day is scheduled for Friday, April 11th. 

Field day will consist of competitive and non-competitive stations. To help promote teamwork and to help identify teams, students are encouraged to wear their designated field day shirt color. (Colors listed below).

Activities will be located in many areas during the day, including the Spencer fields, parking lot, gym, library, music room and cafeteria. If you are planning to attend please seek alternate parking on field day. The driveway will be blocked after morning drop off for your child’s safety. We will be using the parking lot for stations. Please do not park in the coned off areas.

General Rules
1. Each class is to stay together for the entire day.
2. Each class must stay in their assigned area for the duration of their activity or event, until a signal is given to move to the next area.
3. The classes are encouraged to use banners, cheers, songs and shirts to identify and promote a positive team atmosphere.
Parents are welcome to attend and take photos of all the fun!

Helpful Field Day Tips
Following are some items that you may want to consider sending with your child on field day:
Sunscreen – Some Field Days have been very warm and sunny, and as we will be outside all day, sunscreen can be very important.
Water Bottle – Students do have some time for drinks and restroom, but a water bottle is highly recommended. Please have your student’s name written on the bottle.
Snacks– concessions stand bracelets will be handed out to students the morning of field day.
Hat/Sunglasses – Not necessary, but they are allowed.
Sack Lunch – Students will be eating with their class on Field Day and may be eating in their classroom. Students must bring their own sack lunch unless they have already pre-purchased one from the cafeteria.
Tennis Shoes/ Sneakers – Are required to run and play on Field Day for your child’s safety.

Parking is limited on Field Day. The back parking lot will be closed off with no access in or out between 8:15 and 12:20 p.m. due to events taking place. Please feel free to park out on the street or walk to our events.
